Welcome to Corrales Psychology Check in Page (patient portal)! By now, you have contacted Dr. Elliott or Smith and have been given a user ID and password. Look on the top left and click on My To Do List.
  When you get to your To Do List, you will find forms that you can fill out online. If you fill them out online, this saves time. However, if you prefer to print them be sure to bring them to the first session filled out. If you have questions about any of these forms, we can discuss these issues at your first session.
